Everybody was super friendly and helpful, the company asked me to investigate the TN process by myself, and TN Visas was the most straightforward process overall, highly recommended.
The process was easier than expected, it took 2 weeks max, and very little documentation was needed. Happy to work with TN Visas again in the future

I pointed out TN Visas to my employer because they were hesitant to use a TN Visa instead of an H1B. It ended up being the best option and the easiest one. Very pleased.
My advisor was AWESOME; he had a lot of patience to walk me through the process and the interview. Super fast and easy to follow.
We know that there may be numerous questions before and during obtaining a TN Visa. That is why we are here to help you at all times.
The TN Visa was created by the North American Free Trade Agreement to facilitate temporary employment in the United States for approved Mexican and Canadian citizens. The purpose was to strengthen business and trade relations between the United States, Mexico, and Canada.
There are two different types of TN visas for which these citizens can apply. A TN-1 is for Canadian professionals, and a TN-2 is for Mexican professionals. The applicants need to be qualified under one of the listed professions: Accepted NAFTA Professions and adhere to non-immigrant classifications.
If you are a Canadian citizen, you are not required to apply for a TN visa at a U.S. consulate.
You may establish eligibility for TN classification at the time you seek admission to the United States by presenting required documentation to a U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) officer at specific CBP-designated U.S. ports of entry or a designated pre-clearance/pre-flight inspection station. You must provide the following documentation to the CBP officer:
Proof of Canadian citizenship;
Letter from your prospective employer detailing items such as the professional capacity in which you will work in the United States, the purpose of your employment, your length of stay, and your educational qualifications; and
Credentials evaluation (if applicable), together with any applicable fees.
The TN-2 Visa allows Mexicans to work in the US. The TN-2 requirements are different from the TN-1; you need to plan and ensure your US employer understands the entire process. TN Visas can help you with that.
You must be a Mexican citizen.
The job you are applying for is on the NAFTA professional list.
You have a valid TN Visa application letter, where the employer justifies how and what the employee will do for the company. TN Visas provides this application letter signed by the employer.
Once you meet these requirements, you can schedule an appointment to any US Embassy/Consulate in Mexico to request a TN-2 Visa.
The TN Visa is inexpensive. The cost will vary depending on the TN visa type and where you are located.
Applying at the airport or border in person. It will cost you $56 USD (TN-1 Only)
Applying at the US embassy or consulate. A $160 USD visa fee needs to be paid before scheduling the interview.
TN is valid for up to 3 years but is renewable indefinitely as long as the individual does not show immigrant intent. It is essential to understand the application letter is a request by the Employer to the Immigration Officer to allow you to work in the US, Canada, or Mexico. The application letter must define how long the company will need the employee.
